CatsCradle

CatsCradle is an application specifically designed to make it easier to manually translate any website.

The application is especially useful for professional translators who don't understand tags or HTML, since this application is designed so you don't have to worry about it.

All you have to do is open the HTML document for the text you want to translate. You'll see the text organized field by field in the source table. Beside this table, you'll see another table with the same fields where you can type the final translation.

Once you've translated the entire website, save it as an HTML document with the same name as the original document and upload it to your external FTP server. If all goes well, the website will be translated without requiring you to edit any of the HTML.
